Oddly enough, 20 years ago bought myself my first desktop computer. In 1991 money it cost me over £2K (over 2 months’ wages). That included a 20MB hard drive and 256 KB (yes, KILO bytes) of memory. Six months later I paid over £100 (a BARGAIN!) for another 256KB of memory to make a grand total of half a megabyte. Last week, I bought a 8GB memory card for my phone and paid £9.  danmknight: Yay technology!
